Cheeky Chia Cocktail

Super-charge your cocktail with chia to add a little extra hydration, a dose of Omega-3 and protein. It's a great way to support your digestion while indulging and to slow down the absorption of sugars!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Organic Burst Chia seeds
  • 40ml organic vodka
  • 15ml cointreau
  • 40ml cranberry juice
  • 1tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 50ml sparkling water
  • 1/2 cup still filtered water
  • 1 cup ice

Method:

  1. Combine chia seeds and filtered water. Leave for 15 mins, stirring occasionally
  2. Combine all other ingredients and mix in a cocktail shaker
  3. Shake until combined and cool
  4. Garnish with a twist of lemon
